.21 in south St.Peters. 3 day total 7.01.
Now time to dry out and enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend.
Looks like maybe a little rain Monday, but I am keeping my eye on the tropical remnants as the track could change but right now just looks showery with out too much flooding concern.

No big deal since it's a dry heat...

It looks like we'll get a break from the rain over the weekend.
Beryl may fling some moisture out ahead of the circulation and into the area early next week, but right now the TVCN forecast has the remnants tracking south so we may not get a lot from it.
Looking long term towards the middle of the month we may start seeing our next string of mid to upper 90s.

No big deal since it's a dry heat... Just casually breaking or tying the world record for hottest temp ever recorded for several days in a row. No biggie.

Here are some of the rainfall totals I've pulled together. If you have updates or corrections, please share. The local creeks responded in a signifcant manner, but from what I can tell stayed within their banks in most cases. Where's that Cahokia gauge? Parks? Yes

Just casually breaking or tying the world record for hottest temp ever recorded for several days in a row. No biggie. Where was that? Same location. It’s not called “Furnace Creek” for nothing lol. For some reason I thought the record was 130 but it looks like it’s actually 134 so I was mistaken.

No big deal since it's a dry heat... So is an oven as it's preheating; but I'm not climbing in there, either.
At least there's a breeze...

The dew point drop in the last hour felt like being released from a pressure cooker. Feeling incredible compared to the last few days already.

The GFS disintegrates Beryl in Texas. The ECMWF tracks Beryl through Arkansas and Tennessee keeping the rain shield south of I-44. The UKMET tracks Beryl right through St. Louis with a boatload of additional rain. If this verifies we'll have to start watching for new record July precipitation totals for some areas. The ICON tracks Beryl through the bootheel of Missouri with the heaviest band rain pretty close to downtown St. Louis. The HMON tracks Beryl through Missouri with the heaviest rain north of I-44. The HAFS-A and HAFS-B keep Beryl well south.

My rain gauge only registered 2.25” last night on top of the 5+” I had the night before. Judging on how quickly the pool filled up from the deck drain being overwhelmed (for the second consecutive night), I suspect more then. 2.25 fell.
I was up again overnight draining the pool to make sure it didn’t overflow. That’s a lot of rain!

I wouldn’t be surprised if Beryl explodes once over the Bay of Campeche. It may take a page out of Harvey’s book, but we’ll see what happens. It’s already shown the ability to undergo RI.

Typically, if those storms don't make it into OK, they end up over the bootheel or the TN Valley...that would be my guess on the track. But we'll have to watch the trends...some of the models have it gaining quite a bit of intensity as it enters the SW Gulf and approaches TX.

Beryl could ultimately end up being a Houston problem..tracks keep going further and further north.
