It's amazing watching these storms skirt MBY exactly how they did all summer last year. Sure hope that complex overnight materializes for the region. Farmers will be in trouble if the emerging seedlings don't get some moisture soon.

Spent the weekend with our youngest graduation college in Indiana. On 40 coming home, passing through Creve Couer and hitting 90 is a shock to the system! Thought we’d be hitting rain , but only a few drops on the windshield in Illinois. But what a temp difference!.

We hit 92* in Brighton just ahead of the outflow and the dewpoint dropped about 10* as it passed through bottoming out at 58*. Now it's 85/72*. Pretty chaotic weather today...airmasses sloshing around.

Been awhile since I have posted. BRTN totally agree with the misses up this way, however we were fortunate yesterday and got 7 tenths and some small hail. Otherwise rain (moisture) has been very hard to come by for several months. My snowfall total this year was maybe an inch.
Hopefully this trend ends soon!

Just started watering my yard today. It’s too early for this. Wife isn’t a fan of the water bill either. But loves green grass. I can’t win. She was also upset with out having much snow this winter. She drives my second plow truck. I keep telling her that the arch effect is real.

I don't think we got 0.07" yesterday here...rain gauge was dry this morning. That storm blowing up near Dow looks to bring some rain here though. Finally some development along the westward surging boundary. |

Dews were in the low 70s here late morning and early afternoon. Dropped into mid 50s the last couple hours. Feels decent outside. Probably means no storms Tonight either lol
