2.0" storm total so far IMBY with a super soaker band moving in. Pretty cool looking radar returns with near-surface based convection moving out of the NNE with the mid-level showers moving in the opposite direction.

We just hit 2.6" as well with a 1.5"/hr rain rate...it's pouring ATM

I had the house to myself this afternoon, no responsibility of any kind (yes, I cleaned first), just me, the rain outside, coffee, and a movie. It was about as relaxing-rain perfect as it can get outside of autumn.

1.1 emptied yesterday 3.2” dumped just a minute ago when I took out the trash with it lightly drizzling.

I wonder if my rain gauge is busted. I had 5” for a two day total (I’m in Sunset Hills near Mercy South). Reports just to my south and north are less than that.
