I can't imagine the headache of trying to forecast in Boston area right now. Models all over the place.

I know we are a ways out yet and it's only one run, but I don't like the Euro from last night showing a cutter. Hopefully that's just its bias of strengthening too much in the medium range. GFS kinda hinted at that this morning too.

Impressive. Looks like the S half of the metro might get a shot at a dusting + with this next batch.

I can't say that no flakes have fallen here but radar can sure back that up so far. Might squeeze something out here on the tail end.

That little spray of moisture coming across 44 looks good for the S sections...if it doesn't turn to rain!

Snow was in and out this morning. Heavy dusting. 1/2”, MAYBE an inch. Didn’t measure and didn’t care to. SPI. Sun is shining.
The cold being advertised in 2 weeks looks brutal. Even if half of those numbers are realized, it could still be significant.

Nice steady light snow falling with nickel size flakes. Getting white out there with a heavy dusting.

Geez, the NAM just buries BAASTAHN. I got 18 inches of snow with the Palm Sunday storm and it was crazy. I’m struggling to even imagine having twice that from one storm. It’s also crazy that some models literally give Boston no snow. Dr. Cohen is sweating it at the moment.

The potential push OTS is real...some runs are really wrapping it up and pulling it in and some others just keep pushing it along. Really tricky forecast...but I bet Cape up through coastal Maine get a good one. Boston definitely in a decent spot.

Looks like they even have the 06z and 18z euro runs on there. That’s pretty cool. Makes me wonder if I even need to pay for Pivotal anymore.

Looks like the ICON has a good hit of ice and snow, but a lot of the energy gets cut off offshore of Cali
Lots to figure out with this one yet
