Down to 40 in Ballwin after hitting 48 at 2pm, temps dropped quickly after that cloud deck thickened and subtle breeze picked up. Was working outside without a coat and it felt great, then those clouds moved in and had me move inside.

I suspect we may not stay rain for too long in the metro though admittedly it is hard to shake that lingering worry. Anyway, once the precip really picks up should transition and I think it will be snowing hard at times especially west of the river. Would not be surprised if some spots get >1"/hr rates at times. Ratios are still going to suck and melting and compaction are all going to cut into final accumulations but it should look cool coming down.

Temp has been jumping up and down like crazy in O’Fallon. My POS thermometer reads 45 but Google that’s locked into my exact location says it’s 41. Can anyone confirm that lives this way?

Sorry it took so long to reply.....I gots my surfin' clothes on.  After you click on STL it will show what run it is near the top, then you can click on whatever parameter you want from the choices there. Appreciate it. As funny as it sounds, I thought you were referring to 6 members of this community that reside in the 6+” bullseye spots 🤣 smh We would have surely organized a tar and feather posse if that would have been the case.  |
