Been snowing about 20-30 minutes and the street is getting covered. Really coming down - estimate 1/2 mile visibility.
Can't find the place on the NWS site to submit observations. Found it earlier, but can't find it now.

Sleets is transitioning to hamsters in Pacific. Did we have enough sleet to cool the pavement enough for it to stick?

Took the puppies for a stroll... it doesn't feel like snow to me. It's cold, the wind makes it sting a little but it just doesn't feel like snow to me. We'll see.

Grass is quickly turning white. Snow is frequently going sideways. Visibility down to 1/4 mile. Really coming down.

Started sleeting at 10am in S. County. I'm over here getting Xmas pictures taken. All snow now though not particularly heavy yet.

Parking lots already turning white in spots in S County. Lots of hamsters falling. Have some monster sized flakes at times.

These big flakes mixed with the sleet earlier is really cooling down the pavement fast.

Just got on 44 from 65 here in Springfield temp is 28 ice was on cars that were just getting on the highway on 65 going to be a fun ride.
